We typically process orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to get your water sports equipment to you:

Standard Shipping

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Cost: $12.95
  • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipping
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Available for orders over $50
  • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipping
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote locations.

International Shipping

For international orders:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees
  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We recommend choosing standard shipping for faster delivery and better tracking

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Overview

  • Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Non-Returnable Items: See section below
  • Original shipping costs: Non-refundable unless return is due to our error

Step-by-Step Return Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return

Securely repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all included accessories. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once received, we’ll inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Inflatable Paddle Boards (used or opened)
  • Inflatable Kayaks (used or opened)
  • Paddle Board Repair & Care products (opened)
  • Personalized or custom-made items

Exchange Policy

We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes or models within 15 days of delivery:

  • Customer pays shipping for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
  • Exchanges subject to product availability
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Note: Items showing signs of use or damage may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S.:

  • You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping costs
