Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order at [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
We’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions within 1-2 business days.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Securely repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all included accessories. Include the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Ship to:

Step 4: Processing Your Return
Once received, we’ll inspect the item(s) and process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when complete.

Refund Information
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
- PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Inflatable Paddle Boards (used or opened)
- Inflatable Kayaks (used or opened)
- Paddle Board Repair & Care products (opened)
- Personalized or custom-made items
Exchange Policy
We’re happy to exchange items for different sizes or models within 15 days of delivery:
- Customer pays shipping for the new item unless the exchange is due to our error
- Exchanges subject to product availability
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as applicable
Water-Ready Condition: All returned items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories. Items showing signs of use or damage may be subject to a restocking fee up to 20%.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S.:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will exclude original shipping costs
